The award-winning bartender and consultant, Giorgos Dendrakis is surely one of Crete’s finest exports. He followed his passion and attended London’s Shaker Bar School, and since then he never looked back. If he is not traveling the world competing in various contests, he is either trying new drink recipes or helping us discover new tastes with his unique cocktails. Giorgos created our cocktail menu and you are invited to try them all!
